Please review billing carefully: There is NO free trial, and NO annual subscription is offered for any city.
Important Notices
No Free Trial: Journeys Key does not offer any free trial period. Access to premium features begins only after a valid purchase is completed.
Annual Subscription: Subscriptions renew automatically each year on the anniversary of your purchase unless cancelled prior to renewal.
Available Plans
City Unlock Plan: Recurring annual access per unlocked city, with tiered rates for additional cities.
All Cities Plan: Flat recurring annual access granting unlimited access to all cities on the platform.
Multi-City Bundle: Build your own plan unlocking selected cities together.
Billing & Renewal
Billing Cycle: Annual plans are billed once per year on your account renewal date.
Auto-Renewal: Annual plans renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Cancellation: You may cancel your annual plan at any time from your account settings; access remains active until the end of the current paid year.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards and supported digital wallets.
Price Changes
Prices may change over time. Any price adjustment will be communicated in advance and will apply only to purchases or renewals made after the effective date.
